Sharon Yvonne Stone born 10th March, 1958 to Dorothy Lawson, a accountant, and Joseph William Stone 2nd, a former tool and die operator and factory worker. Three siblings are hers: Michael, Kelly, and Patrick. Stone began second grade in kindergarten at age five. Saegertown School in Saegertown Pennsylvania was the high school she attended. Stone graduated in 1975. Also, Stone competed and was crowned the Miss Pennsylvania beauty contest. Stone was moved from Pennsylvania to New Jersey in 1977 with her aunt, to explore a career as an actress. Within a month, she was signed with Ford Modeling Agency. In Europe she was able to spend a whole year living in Milano as well as Paris. Stone was disillusioned by the model market in Europe she decided to focus on acting instead. Woody Allen starred in "Stardust Memories" it was a mixed-review film, at age 20.
